a Big ole thanks to Uncle Bill!

A month or so ago I'd bent my second hand Sirupati and started a thread about it kinda wondering how to make it functional. Warranty coverage was a pretty remote thought in the back of my mind.

to make a very long story short, Uncle Bill was kind enough to take an interest and have me send it in for him to examine. I got my new Sirupati in just this weekend. The fact is he had no obligation to do a thing about it,especially when he had been in the hospital during this time frame, but he did. I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU.

That's anther one of the many reasons I'm gonna keep buying HI products for as long as I can, as well as recommending them to folks.

HI is such a great company, and Uncle Bill and Yangdu are just the best people to do business with. I have so many other toys that i'd like to buy, but i just can't do it. I like the warm fuzzy feeling i get when i drop HI a check in the mail or or paypal to Uncle Bill's account:)
Test that new siru hard and give us a good field report. It should stand up to whatever you can throw at it.
