I recently ordered a a S110 version of the Para 3 Spyderco from National Knives. I had never ordered from them before but read good things about them. As seems to be the MO these days, my knife end up for a couple days in USPS limbo with a drop off of any tracking info. I emailed National to see if they could maybe shed some light on it, though I already knew it was no fault of theirs. I jumped on it two days after it was scheduled to be delivered and then just showing as ”being in Transit” - no delivery date, because the 3 other times this has happened to me with USPS I never did receive the product. So needless to say, I was a little uneasy, especially after reading some of the nightmare stories on here.
‘Rob got back to me in only hours after my email and completely removed all stress and verified that no matter what happened that I would be happy with either a knife or a refund, but to please be patient in our new world covid order. I had already contacted the USPS because the time limit was up and I will say also the communication and response from them was also stellar.
Today the knife showed up, but not before Rob sent me an email at 4:00 AM that the knife showed up at my PO Annex. The knife shows up with the Spyderco box beautifully packed and wrapped in a very nice microfiber towel. Class act.
I don’t usually comment on a vendor one way or the other, but Rob and National Knives in my opinion are a class act. It’s nice to know in our dog eat dog world lately that someone still cares. He just gained a long term customer.
Highly recommended.
