Once again, Buck has come through for me in a wonderful and completely unexpected way! I sent an old #105 in very well-used condition back to Buck with a note asking to have it returned to it's former glory, if that was even possible. I requested that they let me know how much I would owe them for the service.
Well, I didn't hear from them, but there was a package in the mailbox today. Inside was my old Pathfinder, shining like a new penny, and razor sharp!
I couldn't believe it. I rummaged through the box looking for a bill, but there was a card thanking me for being a loyal customer!!! Can you believe that a company still gives such outstanding customer service these days?
Man, oh man, THAT'S the way to create customer loyalty!
