Eric in the short time I've been involved in the Busse family certain people stand out, like Renee, Amy, Pokey,lexi and you.

You are great about returning calls or emails and go that extra step to help out your customers. It's this customer service that will keep me as a customer.

Just wanted you to know we appreciate it!

I concur.
Eric even responds promptly and politely to my drunken, rambling e-mails. Now that is customer service.
 
You're right, Eric is a great guy. I sent him a dumb email question only yesterday and he took the time to respond quickly and he was so professional he didn't call me a meathead!
 
Definitely....Eric is awesome! Actually, he and Renee are both very responsive and helpful. They are great to do business with...That's why I give them so much of my hard earned cash. :D
 
Thank you eric for the extra offerings you bring us from the swamp. It allows us to get our hoggy hooves on more busse kins than would be possible otherwise..
