I will start by saying GuestWho101 (Dee) is an example of what makes this place so friendly & inviting.
I reached out to Dee back some time ago to help me with some wise knowledge of the traditional knife arena. He was a more than big help to me, and became a personal friend along the way.
Well Dee decided to show the depth of that friendship with a package yesterday on my birthday which was unknown to him. That makes this even more special & amazing. Wow!
When a friend sends you a knife, thats a bid deal. When a friend sends you your grail knife; thats beyond amazing. I can't type enough words Dee to tell you how I feel. You will notice the dog coin which is another reason this is so very special. Dee was aware that we had to put our beloved family dog down this week. It has been incredibly difficult for me, but Dee knew how to bring encouragement in just the right way (+his encouraging letter). Then throw in the Sack-up, and what more can you say other than a truly heart felt thanks. That knife will be well used, and appreciated Dee for many years.
