A Big Thank You to Kershaw!!

Wow. Kershaw. You have my dollar on all future knife purchases. Your customer service is top notch. Last week, I stripped a bolt on the pocket clip of my brother's birthday Leek. I had contacted Kershaw asking for a replacement bolt. They promptly replied and informed me that they would send the replacement free of charge and I'd receive it within a week. Today I got an envelope stuffed with goodies. They went above and beyond what I needed. They sent me TWO extra pocket clips, both with two brand new bolts!! Now how's that for top notch Customer Service!! You've got my dollar from now on. Thank you!!:thumbup:
 
Yup, I've said it before, and I'll say it again, because they really care about me and my knives they will always have me buying more from them. Stories like this are just a testimony to their dedication to bring out the best products and service.

Maybe we should start this as a thank you thread, guys.

In my eyes, they earned it. I will definitely buy Kershaw from now on. I want the new composite blade Shallot when it comes out, and I want a Mini Mojo. My girlfriend thinks I'm nuts. Well, I am. lol.
