I got a call from my wife today at work asking me if I was expecting a package. I told her that I wasn't expecting a thing and she continued to tell me that I had a box delivered and that it was from a Mr. Ethan Becker. Ofcourse she tells me this at my lunch break... so I had 4 more hours of work until I could race home to see! I can't tell you how tempted I was to go home 'sick' lol. When I got home this is what I saw on the counter

Investigation was needed! so immediately the box was opened and WOW!

I 'Woohoo'd' so loud that my son came running up the stairs

After investigating for himself he proclaimed 'COOL Knives Dad!......can I hold them?"

Looks like he was just as happy as I was!

Thank you so much Mr. Becker for your amazing generosity! Words cannot express how grateful I am! The 15 is a beautiful knife, the weight and balance are perfect! It came razor sharp and I can't stop thinking about how I'm going to mod it!

Congratulations, TBL! That looks like a box full of fun if I've ever seen one... I'm looking forward to seeing the new worked off of it! Do you suppose your wife meant to torture you for four hours knowing your knife would be there like that?

Nice TBL and congrats on the new 15...keep wanting to get one as it would pair nicely with my 5. And yes,ethan is a gentleman for sure.

@Jerry - Yes, I believe she did that to torture me! she was laughing at me when I got home. All in good fun, I just hid her new high-heels :rolleyes::D

Congrats. I still need to get my wife a 15. I know she'd love it.
 
The 15 and 5 are brilliant blades. Less about muscle and more about finesse, but still incredibly useful and versatile. Some of our faves!
 
Congrats! That is an awesome surprise! Glad to see the family is growing up fast and strong.
 
TBL, that totally kicks ass. Membership has its privileges, no? I'd also like to thank you for being a part of this most excellent community.
 
don't mod it. use it as it. then mod it. maybe :D you can't know what the knife IS until you use it.

glad it showed up too, i was worried customs had delayed it forever or stole it
