A while back I had sent him a vintage Buck sheath I got with a knife I bought off another forum member and he recently decided to repay the favor by sending me this nice NOS Schrade scrimshaw Barlow.

I don't know exactly which scenes they had, but I know that the trash bandit happens to be the one I had been looking for.

David you are welcome, I'm glad that I had what you were looking for! The backstory: David sent me a vintage correct sheath he had acquired that paired with a Buck 118 one-liner (1966 +/-) that I own - it was just what I needed. I've kept watching until I saw him mention something he was looking for and that I had. Good old porch stuff (and Buck Knife sub-forum stuff) that plays out here everyday. That Buck 118/sheath combination is the earliest and nicest one in my Buck 118 collection, it's complete with the sheath. OH

I'm glad it got the right home.
It came to me with an 80's 102, and while I thought the sheath was very cool I didn't have a knife to go with it.
Plus I'm a lefty anyways.
