So,

I was OCD browsing the web, and I noticed a Busse with a wrap that I could not recollect seeing before....

And, I decided that I wanted to do one, but first I had to figure it out, which did not work... But, Rick Marchand of Wilder Tools helped me out...

No problem, Marion... looks good... I did find a way to make Koyote's method work too.

Rick

Nice Wrap !!

My mule S90V is also waiting for some scales or wrap ...

Would be nice to see lot's of pictures from other Mules and leather/kydex.

Rick, your making this a habit....! I seem to remember you helping me out wrapping one of my Gossman's in the woods of Ontario... :)

Nice wrap Marion. looks great!

Marion..... its "Wildertools" (as in Wilderness + Tools)

MrCoffee... I remember that.... its been too long, my friend. What ever came of that PSK sheath you were designing? That thing was cool. PM me.

Rick

Looks good Marion.... the only thing I would suggest is twisting the strands the other way... sounds trivial, but it will eliminate that little gap at the start near the ricasso.

Rick- I'd like to see the way my description does work out for you, and I'd love to see a tutorial on this one. Very nice!!!!

In the original thread you said it is just a square knot passed through again... I can't get it to work like that... The knots don't resolve properly. Maybe I'm not doing it right. My way works for me and matches Marion's example.

Show me how you get it to work, please?

Rick

photos soon as I can. got a big project I'm working on finishing up the next day or so.
