A month or so back I asked Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery how long he intended to produce the bunny knife pocket slips. I wanted one but have had a ridiculous amount of medical bills due to health issues. He told me he would make one for me and set it aside so that when my finances improved I could purchase it! This is an incredibly kind gesture to say the least.

However, much to my surprise, he went ahead and sent me the slip for FREE! I can’t begin to describe the way this made me feel. I’m a complete stranger to Coleman, and he had absolutely no obligation to such an act of kindness. After having received the slip, I ended up having surgery and due to complications I spent 14 days in the hospital. I’m back home now, and I have a forum Bunny Knife riding comfortably in a high quality pocket slip in my pocket, all thanks to Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery and his incredible generosity!

I've not yet had the pleasure of any transactions with Coleman, but he has proven to be a fine gentleman in any conversation we have ever conducted, and that tells me quite a bit about a person.

Congrats to you both.

Glad to hear you are on the mend! Coleman Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery is one of the good guys!

I’ve read that we’re just a bunch of strangers on the internet.
Over the years, I’ve learned that just because I’ve never met most of the members here, we’re not just a bunch of strangers. Friendships are made, you get to know someone from their thoughts and how they feel, sharing with everyone. You judge people based on what they share and their acts of kindnes/gestures toward other people.
So yeah, even though I’ve never met Coleman in person, he’s one of the good guys that make this place outstanding.

It was my pleasure, sir. I’m happy that you made an escape from the “fixer-up” building. Those visits are rarely fun, if at all. I hope that you are well on the way to mending up and you continue to get stronger every day.

I must add…your post, in itself, is an act of kindness. I had quite the rough week at work and on top of that, I’m feeling under the weather. To have this thread pop up in my feed warmed my soul and gave me a needed positive bump.

I’m so happy that the sheath could bring you joy. More joy than I could have imagined it would. I believe life is about relationships and how we treat others. There isn’t one knife in my collection that could put a bigger smile on my face than this thread and knowing that I have uplifted you in your situation.

Heal up, keep posting and you’ll be in my thoughts and prayers.

I don’t quite feel comfortable “liking” a post about myself so I will quote you all.
As a general response, thank you all so much for the kind words. My interactions with everyone posting here have also been wonderful and I consider you friends and gentlemen.

Congrats to you both.

I feel the same, sir.

Very well written and I agree.

I feel a man shows his character by what he does, not by what he says. Here we have a man of true character. Well done sir.

Much appreciated.

Take care and grow stronger SoansoMcMasters SoansoMcMasters . I very happy you have your bunny in its nest and that you got to meet Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery

Thanks for all of the well wishes, everyone! I’m so glad to be out of the hospital! After surgery I was supposed to be there for 2 or 3 days, not 2 weeks! Sadly, they refused to perform the surgery with one of my traditionals!

I am much improved but still have 4 to 6 weeks for full recovery. I’m hopeful to be back at work by midweek, with some restrictions. In the meantime, I’m doing some carving with my traditionals! Working on a spoon and starting a second chess set!
