First of all, I wanted to say that I love my beckers and they are amazing as we all know. And it was info on beckers that brought me in here in the first place. I found all that I was searching for and then some. But the knives have become reason #2 for staying in here. The main reason I hang out in here is the comunity, anyone would be hard pressed to find a better group of people on any forum anywhere. I wanted to thank everyone for making this place what it is and honestly being awesome. I have gotten to know many of you, and this place is so welcoming and freindly. I also wanted to thank Ethan for making an awesome product, that is the catalyst for this great comunity. I also wanted to thank CaptinRedBeard for doing me a huge favor(you know what it is), that's the kind of things that make this place special and keep me coming back. I hope this isn't too cheesy, just wanted to express my feelings for this sub-forum and all the members in it(not limited to beckerheads). Good work guys, and thank you.

I have to completely echo the sentiments of your post. Beckers are how I found bladeforums as well. But the community is by far a nd away the best reason to stay. Well, the knife addiction also makes difficult to leave too :-D And you're welcome Mike. I was more than happy to help out.

But in seriousness, good post EDCTAC. I've wanted to post a similiar thread for awhile but just never got to it. This is a really awesome community that makes you feel like you've known everyone for years.
 
Who are you again? Are you sure your not thinking of practical tactical or whine and cheese? I hear those guys are pretty welcoming :D

I echo your sentiments man. I've been a member of many forums and clubs over the years and this is probably the most generous, supportive group of people I've met. Everyday I'm amazed at the high moral caliber and generosity displayed by you guys. One of the main reasons I decided to go gold was because of the Becker sub forum and the community that has grown around it. Can't wait to meet some of you guys for real some day.
