Saturday came time for me to leave the 119 off of my belt and put it in with the rest of my rotation of users.
It's just such an awesome knife, but i have other knives to carry and can't keep it on my belt forever so it had to happen.
I actually took it off of my belt on the first, but missed it and put it back on halfway through the day, I left it home Saturday as I was going on a " fun day " or sight seeing if you will before getting dinner.
I keep seeing it laying there and am tempted to put it on my belt, but it's too soon as I just carried it for about a month and a half.

Anyways heres a few pic of the 119 I had taken for the " what traditional knife are ya totin' today thread " on the porch during that month and a half.

It really is a great knife and I miss having it on my hip, but it'll make it back on for a day or two later this month.

What's that knife on the first photo looks like a canadian belt knife?

I wear a 105 a lot.

I wear whatever is apropos to my outing.

I'm flexible.

Those fancy gloves remind me of the old song, "Mack the Knife."

:D

Strap it to your leg? There are few months of cold weather left to wear pants!

Minnesota Man, that Canadian knife is a DH Russell Lockblade by Grohmann knives

Yep it's their mini Russel lockback, awesome knife but not a buck so I won't say anymore.

I edited my earlier post with this question; Are your gloves Black Buckskin? Notice the word Buck...

Fancy ?
Maybe a little, they were my dads USGI dress gloves after all.
He gave me a lot of his stuff from the ARMY since I'm the small size he was in basic, and I wear / use whatever fits me as it's all well made.
It was cold that day, and these are some nice warm gloves made of excellent quality leather.

Btw they were made by Mario Papa & Sons out of new york, so maybe they made gloves for the mafia before they got the GOVT contract :D

Could be? They are nice and warm, I had a pair when I was in the Marines. Not sure why though went to BC in San Diego then, Okinawa, El Toro?

A fixed blade EDC is a great way to go if you can. Ready for anything in an emergenccy.

Yeah I think my dad went to basic at ft Bliss TX , I don't think he ever wore them because they still have a price sticker inside that's getting warn away now ( MP&S must've been supplying common commercially available goods )

Btw every time I put the 110 on my belt I also have a hard time leaving it off.
Last july I had my 110 on my belt for the month for my American knife month, next will probably be the 119 and 110 on my belt as well as something else American in my pocket.
