The shield is gorgeous. Would it be possible to leave the forging marks on the finish? The best part I like is the Futhark around the eye-what does it say?

Another amazing piece Chris, love the refined "Norse" blade, very sweet.

Best regards

Robin

nice work!
loving the "dress" shield, too - is that about 16" diameter, or is the axe bigger than it looks?

I don't care for all that leather on the handle, but the blade is just awesome.

This one makes me want to rape, pillage and plunder. But at my age it's more like think about it, ice cream on pie and metamusal. BUT THE SPIRIT IS STILL THERE!! Nice 'un Mate. Love the whole package........Randy

Chris...

I was MORTIFIED to hear it was sold....sigh....

But please email me when you have time and lety me know what a similar set (axe and shield)
would run....

Thanks mate!

A great combo Chris! I love the leather and the whole package. Which Viking movie will it be starring in? I'm older than Randy and I think I remember something about rapping town and pillaging women.
