A BK9 thanksgiving

Just thought I'd share this picture with y'all. Letting the bk9 in on a little turkey cutting action. The 5 would've undoubtedly been a better choice, but I haven't got around to getting one. I was surprised at how smoothly the 9 was able to cut through though. Happy Thanksgiving!

Fried turkey interesting carving technique. I usually don't carve perpendicular to the breast. Please elaborate. I miss fried turkey and am doomed with the soup that follows a baked bird.

The turkey wasn't fried.
Also, this shot was just for fun and my family insisted on carving the turkey with a kitchen knife unfortunately.
