This one is blued L6 steel with micarta.

The handle is intentionally quite large, as the customer has big hands. It actually feels quite comfortable considering it's size. The handle may look like it has an odd shape, but it feels great.

The spine has a random file pattern that I like more and more each time I do one.

what do you think?

hey...your pics look better than my hood of the car on the Rosetta stone t-shirt monstrosities...:D Wild filework.

When I first saw it, extremely nice. Don't know whether to get two or one sheath?

Oh hell might as well, make the leather vertical carry and kydex horizontal

Thanks Matt I really like the knife and two sheaths. One leather and guys he makes a very nice fitted kydex I also got for use in bad weather. Both sheaths fit the knife perfect and hold the knife securely.

I took it down to show the local knife shop, the owner and I both agree the handle stands out as one of the nicest we've seen. Great shaping for the hand, which makes the micarta look outstanding, the mosaic pin with brass lanyard hole and 4 pins. Really nice to wrap your hand around and get a good grip.

The knife cuts paper easily haven't put it to real use yet.

Very pleased, as Matt is a new knife maker just starting out Wow, watch out for what he'll be making in a couple of years. He was easy and a pleasure to do business with

glad that it finally arrived. I was starting to question the Postal System.

I am glad you like it... should last you several lifetimes.

Thanks again,
Matt

I got into some heavy cardboard and tough rope cutting, I don't know why, I think it's the spear point fighter style blade but very pleasantly surprised the knife cuts extremely well through the heavy stuff.

Didn't even seem to affect the cutting edge at all yet, no need to resharpen or touch up the edge.

First knife from Matt and first knife with L6 impressed so far and the more I use the knife the more it's getting to be a favorite of mine.

Stay tuned I got a bigger one coming from Matt soon

I love it when people put my knives "through the paces". I love it even more when they pass the tests.

Spearz has been great to work with, and I am looking forward to my next project.
