A blade for Halloween

I was just screwing around with some circular blades A friend gave me and cut this creature out,seems to be pretty good steel,wicked edge.thanks for looking-:thumbup:--Trick or treat-butch

when you make a knife out of a saw blade, what do you need to do to temper it?

I just hardened the edge on this one,no temper,just playing on this one.Usually just quench in atf and temper at 400 a couple times...Butch

Seems like most of em are. I have three. The saw blade knife got me thinkin it would be cool to maybe make an axe head out of a large table/mitre saw blade. Not sure how well it would work, but it would definitely look cool.
