  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

The blade looks odd to me. If it's a new knife as claimed.....why are the edges so rounded? It reminds me of a gun that's been reblued--some of the edges should show clear, distinct lines.

But they don't .... they blend.

It's like the knife has been sanded and polished until the edges are gone.

Of the six pictures, the one in the upper right corner of the group of six shows it best.

Am I imagining this?

That is the way the older blades were finished , convex grind.
More of the finishining process was by hand then.
I believe the knife to be correct.
The newer blades are hollow ground.

I e-mailed the seller at the time that the item was still available and was told that the knife had been polished and/or worked on to some limited extent.

It looks like it a very good knife.
Looks like someone took good care of it.
I dont see any nicks, I dont see any cracks.

Whenever you see a knife for sale thats not being sold by the maker you have to know thats it's seen a little use, and so it's also been cleaned up too...

it is as it should be and i know what a bute and he is stright up,
i have delt with him and i trust him....
it is odd that he is selling some great stuff....

Yeah, I've bid on his stuff before and maybe even bought from him.....can't remember for sure. I went over his feedback and he has sold some real fine knives lately. The buying is odd......maybe his wife buys some of that stuff.

This knife, though.....is a little more than I want to pay, I think.....but really not a bad deal at that price for what you're getting.

I'll probably wait for a real impressive 120 to spend my current Buck bucks on.
