My dad shot this one (along with the help of some aiming fluid... Bud Light in this particular case). 9 points 22" inside spread. Poor old buck barely had any teeth left, and smelled like a Mexican border town.

I modified the meaner this summer, and have enjoyed using it on 2 deer this year. The convex edge remains flawless and still pops hair on my arm. INFI is incredible stuff...

That's a nice looking rack!!! Poor deer might have stood a chance had it not been for the aiming fluid.

Nice rack!!! Funny how we can get away with saying that to another guy during hunting season. :)

:grumpy:WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I want one like that!!

All I've seen has been rain or squirells

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA:grumpy:

Awesome buck:thumbup:

very nice looking meaner - what mods did you give it ??

Well... it started life as a blk on blk meaner street. I removed the handles, stripped her down, ground out the infi-dimples, ground off the butt-flange so that it looks more like an Active Duty, and gave it a ferocious convex edge.

It was a fun little project. I've done a considerable amount of chopping and generally tasks that would destroy a good edge on most knives with my larger Busse's.

This is the second deer season where I've used a Busse for hunting and I am extremely impressed with the edge holding ability.

Hopefully, I'll get to use it some more this week...

Nice rack!

I would like to see a close up pic of your meaner mod...do you have a closer pic?
