A cache of fat bellied neckers

I am calling these "Oscar Mike" synonymous with on mission or on the move. They are black Cerakoted O-1 that is 5/32" thick.

how did you cut them out? they almost look CNC they are so smooth!

They were 100% done by hand with grinders, various stones, and sanding drums.

It is cerakote. We first blast with aluminum oxide, spray with cerakote, then bake in an oven for a couple of hours.

Nice! I think they might look better with only one finger groove, but that's just me.
