A CALL FOR HELP

Hello fellow forumites
It has been a while since I have posted anything, but when in need this is always the place to find the right advice and information.
I need some help in identifying a special knife/tool.
My thoughts on this one are that it was made as a promotional deal for pipe Tobacco.
There are no markings any where as to Manufacture or custom bladesmith.

That certainly is one of 'em.

I have no clue, maybe try the B. Levine forum or General?

Next question.
Are there any of you top notch Bladesmiths out there willing to try and duplicate this knife?
I have a contact that would like to either find one or maybe even have one made. Please let me know, and thanks for your help.
