This is for David's .220 pumpkin warden. The symbol is to scale and this was a fun project trying to do a pinlock while saving the most room possible for the carving on a compact sheath. The retention strap is fixed to the body of the sheath with a rivet, and I used a glove snap for the pin stay.

This was also my first time using leather paint on a sheath, so I hope to hear feedback from David on how it wears.

In case you're thinking of ordering from me, I'm very busy right now and also looking for full-time employment so my sheath queue is much more backed up than usual.

PS - If someone scores me a camo frosted EDC at Blade for cost, I'll make you a sweet sheath deal. ;)

thats wicked.

the symbol is different than your Nuclear.... right?

or is it the 6oz Hogtinni blurring my vision???

That is really great! I will also be interested in hearing how the paint holds up!

You should have the funds by now via Paypal.

Fantastic job!!

Now if I can only get the blade profiled and sharpened I will be ready.

I really like the way the pin lock is secured to the sheath. One less do dad to get lost.

I intend this rig for everyday carry so it will see a LOT of use. I do not see the surface of the sheath flexing much as it is so short and rigid looking. If it does I will report back. Touch up should be easy with a small brush and some matching paint. Nice tooling job. I love the detail at the center of the Biohazard symbol.

I work in a medical facilty so it is a symbol I see every day however, it reminds me of one the symbols the Samurai had tooled into their armor and flags.

Pretty frickin' wicked! I like the Bio-Hazard symbol, we put one on our big orange Gott water cooler in the truck once, it kept people from sneaking our ice water! Monster sheath.

You could do it like this and use an orange leather inlay and you don't have to worry about the paint holding up!

That orange leather inlay is darn nice. That must be a whole lotsa stictching.

leather paint holds up very well. I had a jacket painted in 1989. The paint still looks good, though it has faded a bit. The colors are a bit lless vibrant. I don't think your customer will have a problem.

This is a beautiful sheath. I also like the attached pin; an extremely practical solution.

nice sheath. I really like your sheath designs a ton. Hopefully one day I will be able to send you one of my babies to dress up like that.

That is an Awesome sheath Mikey, great work!!!
