That CV takes a great sharp edge, sometimes I will sharpen a pencil like that and then pretend to use a pencil sharpener at a friends desk at work and take it out and look closely at it and go 'huh, that's weird '

That's a sweet little knife, Gary (and great gesture, Ford)! I was actually carrying mine for the last few weeks, I had forgotten how pocketable and easy it is to carry.

Here she is, while I had started sharpening her earlier, I only just finished a few minutes ago, that CV on this one is pretty tough stuff !

Nice! And generous! And nice to know. I carried "Pearl" for a couple of weeks and liked her so much I now have a Case Stockman 3318 CV in yellow on order; due Saturday.

One of my favs from Case , I've had this one for quite a while, it's a Goldilocks knife. Not too big, not too small.
They are still in production in CV & SS but only in Yeller.

I have that one as well, and it goes in my pocket in the morning a lot. It's a pretty little knife, too.

That looks great. I really didn't realize it was a two blade knife until the pic. However, looking back at the earlier pics I can see the other blade hiding behind the main blade. I did some reading about the CV too, Pretty flexible steel. Excellent gift!

I do love the look of Case's yellow Delrin. Super-traditional as well as extremely functional, and aesthetically pleasing at least to me.
