A Catalog History of Schrade Knives by Clemente

Does anyone know if this book is still available from the author Robert Clemente, and if so does anyone have his contact information ? I would like to pick up a copy for an elderly gentleman I know who has a fondness for Schrade knives. Thanks for any assistance.
