I have a rare DC snakeskin SH-e with Kydex sheath for sale. What makes this rare. It is as best described as left handed. The Busse emblem is on the right side of the blade. I have been told that there are not many of these around. 3rd down on the left in the picture.

Beautiful SH, great shot. Good to see that your other knives have some "use patina" on 'em  .

Email replied to.

Just out of curiosty to you know why the hatter became mad (e.g. crazy)?

lets get this worked out.

Because of the mercury on the hat pins? IIRC the hat makers held the pins in their mouth and they were finished in mercury.

Free bump!

Yea I heard it was from the fumes coming off of the vats of mercury they used to form the hat. Same difference, Hg poisoning

yup- that be the reason- the mercury used on hats- I think it was used to attach felt and other ornaments. I have 'somewhat' of a chemistry background, so I figured the name kinda suited.

Briggz- I just replied to your email about working something out.
thanks,
Madison
