Greetings Gentlemen:

Just finished these three knives - the Chute has "Alternative Ivory" scales - it's a bit chippy when drilled but finishes nicely...I like it a lot. I've changed my design on the takedown to have a recessed snake eyes bolt in the butt instead of an Allen head bolt that extends past the butt. The Whitetail Hunter can serve double duty as a hunter or EDC. All comments welcome

Chute 9 5/8" OAL 5" BL

Whitetail Hunter 7 1/2" OAL 3 1/2" BL

Takedown Hunter. 9" OAL 4 1/2" BL

I like the symmetry of the whitetail hunter. It's a fun detail. However, the blade shape on the takedown looks incredibly practical with that long straight area before the good-sized belly.

And I always eye those fighter style knives, but must admit I have zero practical use for them.

I received the Chute today. My first Steingass, but not my last. Order put in for a Bowie next. Fit and finish is superb. I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks TK for a job well done.
