Patented by Webster L. Marble 101 years ago next month. This is my Kinfolks rendition from about 40 years after Marble's patent.

Kinfolks K380 Trail Master.

Very nice Leghog  The European cutlers were quick to produce similar knives, and still do today, but it IS a classic American design

Has a lot going for it. Nice amount of belly to the edge for skinning, still retains a fine point if needed, and a handle that is not only great feeling i the hand but has a very secure grip when wet/slick.

A truly timeless design. Form followed function, something that seems to have been cast by the wayside these days!

Marbles had some great designs. I have always enjoyed my two, a Trailmaker and a Sport

Certainly the inspiration/progenitor for the Navy Mk I knife, a version of which was my first hunting knife. A heck of a good all around utility knife!

I thought the OP was looking for Woodcrafts and cousins?
A woodcraft that's in good original condition (not buffed to death) at a good price, yes. Also a Nessmuk that's not more than 0.124" at the spine and with a proper offset handle. Not having much luck with either. For the latter I'm thinking I may need to get someone to "re-tip" and handle a sheep skinner blank.
