For all thos Spyderco Calypso fans out there.

I wonder how Spyderco judge the sprint run of grey FRN Calypso Jnrs went ? I'd really like to see a sprint run of micarta Calypso Jnrs with one of the newer premium steels :D
 
Nice collection. I would love to see the micarta Calypso Jr. re-released even in AUS-8 (VG-10 or S30V would be even better). Can you just picture Ivory Micarta or Maroon Micarta and while I'm hoping how about a bolster like the Persian! I have 5 calypso Jr.'s myself and am carrying the FRN plainedge version right now...Ed.

One of my first two Spydies was the Calypso Jr. Very very nice knife! Perfect size, weight, looks great, etc!

I'd love to see them release or just a sprint run of the Black ones and a bigger version - Calypso(?).
 
Very nice pic Yog, and a very, very nice collection there! A sprint run of either the Calypso Jr or the Calypso in micarta would be fantastic.
 
Nice collection, but it sadly reminds me of the one Spyderco I wish I had never sold--the large micarta Calypso in VG-10. :(

Kepp your eyes open, they're still around. I just bought a NIB large, plain edge Calypso a couple months ago. Before this I had done the same, sold and/or traded away both my large micarta Calypso, and my small micarta, plain edged version. At least, now I have a second chance with the large one.

Yep, you never know where they are going to pop up. I bought the small micarta PE from an online crafts and collectables site about six months ago, it was about the only knife they had for sale.
I got the large micarta PE from a site that point blank refused to sell to me because I didn't live in the US, many thanks to Mike Dye for the assist on that one.
