Had a customer ask for a lined fitted sheath. Hadn't tried one before, turned out better than I thought they would!

Very nice! Glad to see the customer removed the pocket clip. Nothing wrong with keeping it at all, just looks out of place to me on a folder sheath.

What did you line with? I've lined a few with pig skin and it's very nice, but I haven't done a wet molded liner. Did you cement them together, then mold, or did you mold and then line?
 
Thanks Anthony. It's 4oz, lined with 2oz leather. I cemented together first, then molded it to the knife.
The 21's actually mine, that was my test sheath!
 
Ah, that makes sense. My very first sheath, around 5 years ago, was for my large 21. It wasn't nearly as nice as yours though. I miss that sucker. Sold off a lot of nice knives to fund leather and tools.

High praise from Paul! A comment like that would make most guys day I'm sure. :)
