Here are a couple new folders for blade. I figure that this is the last weekend before the show and before everyone starts to get ready to leave so why not post them.

Art Deco folder. Rados ladder patern damascus blade, carved in a step pattern. 416SS and ladder pattern damascus bolsters with blacklip pearl scales. The scales have also been carved in the same pattern as the bolsters. The bolsters have had the damascus material stepped in both height wise and lengthwise. I have also stepped the backbar and thumbstud in an art deco pattern.

Swinguard folder. The blade is forged to shape Daryl Meier Turkish twist damascus. Devin Thomas ladder pattern damascus swinguards and my own radial pattern mosaic damascus bolsters. The scales are antique elephant ivory.

More pics will be available later this weekend on my website.
Thanks for looking,
Chuck

Hi!

Oh my God!!
Those folders are lovely, beautiful work there - top notch  !!!
So very cool and loaded with beauty!!

I especially like the swingguard, we don´t see that style very often..

Thank you so much for sharing - and for the inspiration!

Thanks guys.

Yes Nick, I figured I need to put more into my knives.

I'm trying to Give Steigerwalt competition for his title of best handle design at the blade show.

Beautiful work Chuck; I love both of them.

Have a safe trip.

Wow, that Art Deco is stunning, Chuck! Hope I get to fondle it for a few seconds on Thursday before the European collectors shower you with cash! :D

Beautiful knives! As always your filework is exquisite.

I also like the little details, like how you integrated the thumb stud and pivot on the swing guard. I don't think I've ever seen that before.

Bravo!
