Good pictures! That waterfall and squirell are the coolest things I've seen in awhile.

yeah i musta sat there for an hour or 2 just staring at it then i climbed up it right through the middle and it was freakin freezing and i got soaking wet but it was worth it

Very nice pictures.

About the warning sign... Has the rock already fallen or is it still airborne? :p

thanks guys... yeah there were all kinds of rocks stickin out everywhere i wouldnt be supprised if any of them fell at any time

Oh, man, those big falls are stunning! Where are they / what are they called, if you don't mind sharing? That's the kind of location I will plan to hit if I'm ever in or passing through the state.

The really neat looking one^ is called Pearson's falls and its located in saluda north carolina just across the south border of the state.

The biggest one by me is Looking glass falls(below) in the pisgah forest just past brevard

i slowed the shutter speed down in this one

What does your dog think about the squirrels ? Mine is always chasing them !!!

I'm fortunate enough to live within minutes of those falls and Pisgah National Forest.

Very nice pictures.

No, the sign is not about a rock at all....

It's a warning about a certain native american called Falling Rock...he works at the local casino and he's unbeatable!

Beware of Falling Rock (don't say we didn't warn you)!

Great pictures!

BTW, in that first pic, what's in the water causing the wake?
Snake?
Turtle?
Rock?

thanks guys! Yeah in that first picture its just a downed log makin the wake. and yeah pitdog my dog always is chasing them around in fact a couple of weeks ago he chased down a rabbit that was in the back and killed it! i kinda felt bad for the rabbit but i felt kinda proud of my dog too lol
