A couple in saw steel

Been back into the old saw steel once again. I decided to use wood for both handles instead of stag for a change. The blackwood handled one has a 6 1/2" blade. The larger one has a kingwood handle and a forged finished blade that is 9 1/2" long. Wrought iron was used for fittings on both knives.

Love the bottom one as well (the hamon and dark wood seem to blend well). Some finely executed users!
 
I like the rustic charm.. lots of character in your work. Glad to see it.

That's some nice work there - the blackwood handled piece is particularly nice. Clean, understated look -the fittings go great with the wood - very cool.
