Hi Everybody,

While I was taking pics of the Mountain Meaner and sheaths, I had some other knives out as well.

Interesting to see the similarities and differences

(the original AD came in Bead blast combat version with greenish linen scales and LE version satin with snake skin)

Interesting that it looks like the talon holes used to be bigger
The new ones look like fakes compared to the old ones. Or like a more mass production version. I dunno. I guess it like the old saying goes. They don’t make ‘em like they used to.
 
He was saying, you could see and evolution / progress of the Meaner to the Active Duty much like the Ape to Early Man.

Getting older so I am slow sometimes LOL

I should take a better pic to illustrate the evolution of the AD.

That may have been throwing me as There are quite a few more AD's and Mean Streets in the evolution :)
 
Does anyone know if there is a reason for the extra little tail fin on the meaner street?
I considered that it could just be aesthetic because it does look good but am still curious.
 
It may be because it is a Meaner Street
two skull crushers = extra mean :)
