Finally now that summer is history I was asked to go out fishing. This time of year you could get pretty wet and thats what happend. Caught the larger salmon durring a good down pour this morning. First fish of any type that I have caught in the rain mainly because I normally don't go fishing when its raining. At least now I have a fish story to tell where the fish didn't get away or released. The top fish is a chinook and the bottom is a silver or coho salmon.

So what if it's raining, the fish are already wet.
Get some insulated waders and a rain coat.

Nice looking fish- maybe i'll try for some stripers this weekend?
