A couple knives on "dirty jobs"

hey guys, just wanted to know if you saw the episode of dirty jobs the other night when mike was checking salomn stalks, as in how many had died.

I know he was using a ontario machete to cut off heads, but what was the small fixedblade he had when removing the part in the salmons head?, It almost looked like it had a crkt insignia on it.
