These turned out NICE....

Whatcha think?!?

Dan

They look really nice. I don't usually like stag handles but that one is really well done.

The Stag scales, mosaic pin and carved sheath make for a stunning piece.

Those look awesome! Great stag/basketweave, handle/sheath combo. Just looking at your work makes me even more excited to get my Sandvik Bushcraft.

I wasn't sure about the single mosaic pin instead of two but I have to say it looks very sweet! I don't own many leather sheaths because I usually prefer kydex but that is one sick ass quickdraw! Come on Canada Post! This is torture! lol

Dan, Out of curiosity, who makes this sheath? I have a couple from this maker and would like to get a few more.

That Nessie looks sweet!!!

Is it Wilma Davis? She made the sheath for my Koster Nessmuk. :)

The leather guy lives a half-hour away from me. His name is Butch Hagedorn.

He hasn't yet decided on a "Makers Stamp" even though I've been bugging him about it for years. Tom Krein uses him also.

Does great work - takes longer, of course, because these are fitted to the knife (not mass-produced). The quality is great and he guarantees his work.

So far, so good!

Dan

Md 25v - the older sheaths were made to fit the thinner knives - which is why it doesn't fit.

I can have a pouch made, but without the knife the fit won't be perfect. Otherwise, he does keep a pouch-sheath pattern on the Nessmuk and I will gladly order one.

Just keep in mind I'm leaving to go out of town the end of this week until July 11th. Shoot me an email.

Dan

Dan, I'm not in any kind of hurry. A standard pouch will be fine because I like to waterform the sheath myself before I wax dip it. I'll shoot you the email.
