I have a couple of Sodbusters that have issues. The top one in Burl I used too big of a drill bit so I had to fill around the hole with CA glue. Its the top pin. The bottom one with Bolivian Rosewood had a slight seperation from the tang and scales that is filled. You can kind of notice it on the spine pic, its on top towards the rear. I didn't even have to refill it, it filled during glue up. Obviously, I wouldn't want to sell them as new so Im discounting heavily. I will have them both cleaned up and sharpened on Sunday and can ship on Monday. I will also be resanding the Burl one as I noticed I missed a spot on the liner. I didnt really spend too much time on it after the pin issue but I will clean it up. Price for each one is $50.00 shipped without sheath or $62.00 with pocket sheath. I have one sheath with clip, one without clip.

Chris,

I'll take the bottom one. Pocket sheath no clip. Please send paypal.

Thanks,
Mike N.

I got ya down Wilson and Mike.
Mike, Wilson took the sheath with no clip so would you like the one with clip or no sheath?
Thanks guys

. . . . and if for some strange reason my two forum brothers decide they do not want either knife, the JUST1MOR household calls 2nd dibs & will be more than happy to take either one off their hands for them . . . . :) :)
Be safe.

Chris, sent you a PM
J1M, I'll have to try it out a "little" while and then let you know. :p

Chris,

Sorry, head up butt, so excited I didn't read it all. I'll take the sheath w/clip.

Thanks,
Mike N.

Good deal, I almost kept that bottom one for myself. Im more of a straight grained plainer wood kind of guy and that wood looks awesome with the orange liners. Its really hard to tell where the gap is just by looking at it with the darkened spine.

. . . . Wilson, I fully understand . . . . everyone deserves a "little playtime" once in awhile . . . . :D
Great snag by the way, I wish all of my woodworking "issues" look as good as Chris & BA's so called "issues" . . . .
Enjoy your spoils.
Be safe.

Chris,

Paypal sent. I've been lurking for awhile and am a fan of your work.

Thanks,
Mike N.

I hear you J1M, I can't give my mistakes away. I got lucky on the snag, most of the time I wouldn't even be able to get on Blade Forums
this time of night.

Thanks Mike, Wilson is going to wait for a sheath so if you want the one without clip let me know. Thanks for the kind words as well. I hope you like the knife as much as I do.
Guys, my mistakes are getting further apart! I don't care at all to carry a knife like these that have flaws but I can't sell them to someone knowing the issues. Im to the point now where I feel like my designs, ergos, sharpness are all there so Im trying to get my fit and finish better. Grinds being even on both sides so they are centered at the ricasso. Even handles on both sides, etc. Its a never ending process but someday Ill sit back and say, thats the one!

Chris,

I'll take the no clip sheath if it's avalible. Just curious is there a makers mark "KFU" on the blade somewhere?

Thanks again,
Mike N.

Good deal Mike. I will be stamping it on the spine after I clean it up.

Don't worry about making a few mistakes Chris, as you can see you won't have any problem getting rid of them. I don't mind carring
a knife that has a blem. As long as it cuts like it should it doesn't matter, especially when you get it at a bargin!! :D

Daymit!

When my ship comes in, I'll undoubtedly be at the airport.

If I hadn't found out about these like WAY too late, I'd'a been tickled with either one.

Damn, I wish I hadn't missed out on these, I would have gladly taken either one, and considered it a total steal! Love your work man, keep it up!
