I don't know. I'm guessing an email to him would answer that question after check the laws where you live. If you can get one, I highly recommend them, he makes one solid auto and the best warranty around.
 
Looks great except I'm kinda not digging the Border Patrol atm. I understand you probably have nothing to do with the knife controversy atm and considering you're a member of bladeforums, probably want them to do away with that amendment like the rest of us, but you understand.

Other than that, I do love those knives, especially the Brend. Is that a number 2 or 3?

It's a 2. If you look at my posts on the subject on the referenced thread, you'll see I'm clearly against it. I've made numerous calls to senators, emails, etc.

That brings up a good point. How can this thing have so much momentum when even the Border Patrol doesn't like it?

Anyway, not wanting to turn this into another anti-amendment thread, what's the name of the first Protech? I haven't seen that shaped Protech before. Is it also a Brend design? Or maybe I have seen that one before, but the engraved areas are throwing me off.
