PD, all I can say is sweeet... I ready like the looks of them... That 639 is sweeet, for sure... ITE ...

I'm left wondering if people get the Custom Shoppe to make stuff like that through bribery, blackmail, trading your first-born child, making a deal with the Devil......What?

I'm guessing something like a thousand dollar donation to the right church.

:D

I think My Spacers are a bit Differant ;) Gutted 1 Idaho BEAR, 5 DEER, 1 Elk and 5 Turkeys. SO Far! This new hunting year is young :)

Plumber, Those are handsome knives. Physics, I recall others making that same statement here. Cute girl. DM

Hmmmmm........

Seems like a lot of folks are getting custom....custom stuff from the CS these days. Must be some family connections....;)

Very nice knives Dave!

Thanks guys, I'm pretty proud of the pair. I'm on the lookout for a display case just for these two.

rich, mine are brass where your's is aluminum and aluminum where your's is brass! I guess they are still unique because of the difference. The 639 is my first with that style of blade, and I'm finding myself liking it better than I thought.

Yep Dave, I know what you just what you are saying. That toothy 639 has no practical use for my needs in a knife. However, the knife seems to fit a primal need just fine;). Not to mention the cool factor!

Yes John, and now having learned THAT about myself, I suppose I'll be starting a quest for a Buckmaster. I've admired them in the past, but never felt the urge to aquire one. The 639 may just have been a gamechanger. :o

Sir, It was not your writing, I just hear that in this forum.
JB, I agree the 639 and Buckmaster don't impress me as having some use in the field. Although they can be used, my 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice would be a different model. DM
