Here are two that I finished recently. The blades are stock removal O1 the scales are G10. The blade part of the blade ia about 1 x 2.75. I have been having fun with textures recently.

Charlie, I really like this one. What did you do to texture the tang of the blade? Is that twisted?
Jason

I textured the tang with a small cut-off wheel in a die grinder, these two are all stock removal no forging on these.

Charlie you are killing me with these.
One day when I'm in Texas I'm going to have to stop in and see them for myself.

Very cool, love all the texture! Is there a stop pin, to keep the blade from rotating all the way through the handle?
Pardon my razor ignorance!

The cross section of the blade is more or less wedge shaped, and the scales are not very far apart. The blade is about a 1/4 wide at the spine and the distance between the scales is about 1/8. The blade hits the scales and will not go through them.
