I lucked into a few knives this week. I gave my aunt a call looking for some Bear Razorheads I knew my uncle had. Found the jackpot drawer he kept them in along with a few knives. I scooped up the razorheads and exchanged some work for a pretty much new Camillus scout knife and a Old Timer 80T. The OT needed sharpening and a cleaning and turned out nice.I enlisted the help of my dad to install an A/C system and he metioned he found an Old Timer in car he recently traded in. He gave it to me today and I cleaned and sharpened this one up. I think it turned out great and I'm happy to add these to my collection.

All nice Jon, and no better carbon steel than Schrades in my opinion

The Camillus is fantastic also:thumbup:

I wish I had some of the Old timers I had a s a kid. That Camillus Scout looks to be in great condition. Nice find.

Wow. That Camillus 99 looks to be in excellent shape, for an old carbon steel model.

I have the same 99. Never used in excellent condition
Except there is some discoloration and staining on the blade and more so on the tools
I used Flitz to take some of it off. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

The OT was the first knife I was taught how to sharpen by my grandfather. They do have some great steel!
