A couple quick photos of Ti spatulas

Hey, pretty cool. :)

I tired to make a ti joint taping knife one time but it left marks on the wall when I went to use it. I gave up on it....

I dont understand,,,why Ti spatula?

just for fun?, or is there a real reason behind making one?

would a hotdog know the difference?..LOL

or do such things find use in big kitchens?
 
It would take a bigger spatula than that to get me off your back:D I just think they are too cool.

I like the designs a lot, particularly the offset one. Pin work is a nice touch too. Do Not let my wife get wind of this... :D
 
I made the first one because I had a standard stainless spatula, but the rivets they used would rust very easily. I started thinking about making my own using better mateials. I decided on a one piece design to eliminate the problems of joints. The problem was that 300 series stainless wasn't resiliant enough in the thickness I would be using to not bend and stay bent. That is why I decided to use Ti. A good part of it is that I like to over-engineer things.
