I just finished these two up and thought I would share them. They are both 14c28n stainless with a thin full flat grind.
The first one has a 6" blade. The handle is some very nice stabilized Amboyna burl and my copper/carbon fiber pins. It has a stonewashed finish that should be very easy to maintain and a tapered tang.
The second one has dyed and stabilized maple burl from Burl Source and I used my Jade G10/copper pins. It has a 5" blade.
These are super light and should make great users.

Nice. I do like your small chef's knife pattern.
How do you like 14c28n? I've read it is supposed to be practically identical to 13c26/AEB-L but with better corrosion resistance.
