Grant Hawk's K-AT has a two piece urethane sheath and urethane scales. Alas, it's still AUS-6M. The pic grabbed my attention, though. Anyone actually handled one?

Played with one. It felt weird in my hand. Also, there were sharp edges along the handle. For some reasons, the handle felt very thin. Not bad for the price. Perhaps a last resort kind of knife only.
