A custom 51OT in AAA grade desert ironwood

I picked up this 51OT a few weeks back, just got around to tinkering with it. Vine filework on lock bar and spring holder, AAA grade bookmatched stabalized desert ironwood, brass pins and red spacers. Decided not to serrate the liners becuase I think it takes away from the vine pattern, looks good with arrowhead, but just don't match up well with the vine IMO.



Open to comments, questions, suggestions, and constructive critisizm.

Your skills have grown exponentially MM. You definately have a way with knives. Beautiful work!

thanks guys, no mater how "pretty" they may look, they are rugged enough to do the same work as before. This one needs a new home.
 
I don't know, bu they would work great for rolling the hide off a deer. Just got a mint one in the mail. Trying to decide whether to custom it for myself or leave it stock as a "collectable"
 
muskrat man,that looks great,I think the same would look really nice on a smaller shrade 5UH as well.
