It has been quite awhile since I have shared any of our work and I know this forum is a fan of the flamberge blades that I have done in the past. We have been just beyond swamped this year, but I finished this custom awhile ago and just got it added to the website and I just had to share. It is the largest sharp flamer that I have ever done. The blade is ground to shape, not forged. This was a long term project that I personally worked on. Lewis Shaw did the wire handle. Those of you who dont know his work should look him up!

Lower handle is desert ironwood and upper is copper and steel wire wrapped with a copper and steel handle spacer.
The pommel is my first(now I have done many) fluted conical. The peen block is nickle and copper mokume that I made.
The hilt has some engraved scroll work on the nodes.
The 32" blade is highly polished and has a sharp edge.

That's a pretty solid piece there. My only worry with getting one of those would be in touching up the blade when it becomes dull. How do they cut, feel at all awkward?

Nice, dude! I can't even imagine the work that must go into one of those.
