The official, legally-binding merger of the knife collections (and some other stuff) of MacHete and Peeps will take place on October 22nd!

I told her that I would always remember our anniversary if it was on that date, and she asked my why. I made the mistake of explaining, and forever missed an opportunity to always appear thoughtful and romantic. :footinmou I have much to learn. ;)

Anyway, you're all invited! If you happen to be in Gatlinburg on 10/22, stop on by and throw some rice at us. Or, hang onto your rice, cook it and eat it, because we won't be having a reception until we get back, so we can't feed you. :p
 
Congratulations!! Definitely take pics of that cake cutting ;) Glad the animals finally agreed to let you to get together :rolleyes: :D
 
I think a matching pair of Sebenzas would be appropriate...then when younger knife collectors arrive...thier birthdates should be honored with mini Sebbies...


Congrats dude...I have been married 17 years to the most wonderful woman alive..( no disrespect to your wife! :footinmou ) but its a great thing..

Many years ago, my cousin and I planned to throw the rice underhand instead of the traditional overhand toss. Our reasoning was there was a greater possibility of the rice getting into the eyes of the happy couple.

We were young but the thought of the bride and groom stumbling blindly out of the church was a source of great amusement.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend. Aren't you glad? :D ;)

The folks over at the HI forum were kind enough to commision a Custom Yvsa's Cherokee Rose Special for us to perform that duty. :)

Pictures will be posted. ;)

HURRAY! :D I'm so excited for you guys. You'll have a very blissful marriage as soon as you accept that Peeps weilds all of the power. :p (I'm still working on that ground rule myself. ;) )

October 22nd is a great date. We were married on Valentine's day. You'd actually have to work to forget that one. :D
