A different whittler

So, I was out lookin for knives and I came across this little guy. Looks like a Camillus 72 or Schrade 863, but it is an Imperial-1935-52 according to the tang. It has a Sabre grind on the master, long pulls on both the master and the secondary clip, but the interseting part(to me) and the query- The mark side scale is jigged acrylic, painted(?) black while the pile side is regular jigged black composite. Anyone ever seen one like this?
