a fancy slimline trapper

I just walked in from the shop with this one, a CV case 2003 slimline trapper. I put on recon turquoise scales, with red liners and spacers. I serrated the liners, arrowhead filework on the backspring and nickel pins (which I'll never do again!). Open to any comments.

I'm assuming you really do mean nickel pins - not nickel silver pins. If so, yeah, I think I know why you're saying "never again". Nickel is totally stubborn about moving under the hammer.

Very nice mm, love the turquoise handles, that file work is marvellous as well. The arrowhead file work must have taken a lonnnggg time.

Real nice MM! You've got your own style of filework; never seen that elsewhere. Great work on the liners, and lining the handles! I have to get a couple of knives "MMed" soon!
The pins HAVE to be silver for turquoise, though!?! So are you saying no more nickel, but silver is O.K?

Thanks guys. I guess I should have made it clearer, they were nickel silver pins, it is just a pain trying to pin the brittle recon stone, it cracks very easily.
