There is no point trying to hide the fact, I'm a fat guy, Gabriel Iglesias would describe me as "fluffy" but that is just weird.
Tonight I made "a Fat Guy's supper" using all one appliance, the deep fryer...
Made polish sausage with home made fries.
3 Idaho potatoes cut into slices.
Polish Sausage from a meat market out in Swiss, Mo. Their bacon is, to me, right behind Benton's on quality.
There are 3 secrets to GOOD french fries. 1) Make sure you rinse them before frying, 2) Fry them twice, once at 250* once at 400* this gets the soft inside and the crunchy outside, 3) Use season salt while they are still a bit oily once removed.
Twice fried, See!
The grill up on the roof is missing, so I fried the Polish Sausage as well.
Can't have Polish Sausage without onions!
Once the meal is all put together, and topped with some spicy mustard!
Was SO om nom nom tastic!
Bon Apetit!
