You'll probably get a better turnout if you directly contact those folks and also return a review for them if you mean an iTrader review/rate.
Usually a thread like this would be moved to the feedback forum, but I'm thinking that you've bought mostly Busse & 'Kin, so I'll let it play out here. Please don't unnecessarily bump it, OK? ...Ganza coming up and all that, it's gonna be a li'l hectic in here for the next few days...

I am from Canada, but will get it sent to Detroit, and will ship it back from Detroit.
It could take until early mid april before I can get them ship to you.
